Distance Learning Login Instructions

Thank you for your patience as the DCPS technology team worked through technical difficulties. Please use the following steps when accessing Microsoft Office Teams to teacher’s online classrooms. Online distance learning will begin on Tuesday, March 24, 2020 after spring break.
Access through Clever
1. Go to https://www.clever.com/in/dcpsk12.
2. Select “login as a student”
3. Enter username – your student ID number
4. Enter password – your date of birth (2 digit month, 2 digit day and two digit year; for example 042311 – April 23, 2011)
5. Once in Clever look for the Microsoft Office 365 app
6. Click the app
7. You will be directed to a new page for Microsoft Office 365
8. Enter email address in this format [email protected] (for ID type your student ID number; for example [email protected]
9. You will be redirected to a DCPS page to enter your password. Please use this format – your date of birth (2 digit month, 2 digit day and two digit year; for example 042311 – April 23, 2011)
10. You will be directed to Microsoft Office start up page where your name will appear. Click through the start up prompts.
11. You will see all the apps available to you. Click the “Teams” app. It will initialize and then you will have access to all your teachers online classrooms.
12. Once you have completed all these steps you will not have to repeat them when signing in again. You will automatically be directed through Clever to get to Microsoft Office Teams.
